Depends on how much meat you’re doing but equal parts dales and Texas Pete hot sauce, garlic salt , pepper and some old bay sprinkled on top.
I made a batch with a bottle of sweet baby rays and sprinkled with pepper that people liked really well.
I want to try Dr Pepper and jalapeño next time.
