Probably guilty of over building stores. They are everywhere and that much growth seems not well planned. Their business model should have been to focus mostly on rural/outlying areas. Not much of a point of putting one up a block away from a Walmart. As much as I hate Walmart, I hate DG even worse. In a rural area where the next closest grocery store or walmart is 30-45 minutes away, they're a license to print money. Actually, their business model IS to put their stores between residential areas and the nearest Walmarks.
