First, I have nothing against dogs. I’ve owned many over the years.
We’ve had multiple hunts where dogs are running thru fields and seen many on our cameras. Last week had dogs pushing 2 bucks all over a cutover.
What are my legal rights?

The dogs have more rights than you do as the landowner unfortunately.

Btw they have no collars. Is my only option trapping them and hauling 20 miles down the road? Yea that’s the solution, take your problems and dump em on someone else like they did you…. WTH. The solution isn’t real complicated, I think you know what needs to be done. And you may say you can’t do that to Fido, but when you got the safety off on a big ole buck and Fido messes up the hunt and spooks that buck off, we’ll I bet it won’t be hard to make the decision then.

I've got several that show up on my cameras and they have a propensity for pissing on the feeders. Have considered trapping.

With the rash of fatal dog attacks I’d be concerned for the safety of me and my family
"Cull" is just another four letter word...

True story. I know a guy recently who accidentally caught a dog in a leg hold trap and he tried his best to find the owner without any luck. He tried to do the right thing and he called the police/dog catcher to come get the dog. Dog bit policeman and got loose. No good deed goes unpunished.

if u do find their owners and say anything, you are then the first suspect of anything happens to them rather u are responsible or not…. ask me how i know ……. i was not responsible for their disappearance, i was 3 hours away in south, al that weekend.
