Im lying in this morning. I haven't seen a shooter all week. Seeing a lot of smaller bucks, but not the age class we are looking for. My son listened to grunting and chasing right at daylight yesterday, but couldn't see the deer because of the thickness. The deer here in North Alabama are usually always with does the week before and the week after Christmas, but this year they are not following the directions. The good news is the smaller bucks are going to be good ones next year if they can get a pass. On each tract of land we have there have been 2 good shooter bucks. Each tract has a 10 and a 9, or I should say has had. They have not been on camera in over 10 days now. They have not been killed, so they are roaming and in harm's way.

Present, got here at 6:18 deer came into the field and waited around. Feeder just went off and they never spooked.

Got a young buck harassing a doe. She must be about right. he’s acting stupid and has been standing in the same place for 10 mins staring at the bushes she is in.

Deer near me must be using the Hamas tunnels Mine too. My deer have completely disappeared. Very little camera activity even at night.

Ours hit the tunnels around the 12th and haven’t shown back up yet. We went from have hundreds of photos a night with 3-6 mature bucks and numerous does, then the bucks started fighting one night and haven’t had pictures of any mature deer since, buck or doe.
