This is a fine piece of glass at a great price. The reticle is perfect for anyone shooting a 308 or comparable bullet. I have a Steiner G3 and it is brighter than my Leopold VX-5 or Zeiss Conquest 5HD. I looked at buying it myself, but I needed to break my habit of buying a scope and then buying another gun to put it on. This is a very good deal.
