I have a 708 and I gave my Son a 270 AB2. I had some friends that had them both Ceracoated in Titanium. I kept mine in the factory stock but his is wearing a nice Boyd's thumb hole stock and a Zeiss 2.5-10x44. He killed his first deer with it last year.
His rifle and the stock on it all came from fellow ALDeer Brothers. These 2 will NEVER leave my possession.
Now if I could just find one in 243win.....
Just sharing and a free bump I got a ABolt II 260 from Longshot - It's a beauty and a great shooter! Yeah go ahead and run it in..... that was an amazing rifle that I should not have sold. Just too pretty for me. I'd messed it up then been mad at myself for it Just let me know when you get another weak moment and want to get rid of that 7-08
