Man I remember when climbing stands came out and skinned down my first pine tree before people knew about attaching top and bottom section together and they didn't have teeth to dig into bark.i had bark all in my forearms and chest after dropping 20' ...
Didn't know or realize about setting stand pitched up before starting either.idiot
Uhhaa made me nervous of climbing stands awhile
My best regular usable stand was a summit.no hose pipe or top bar that could flip over.feel confident in my summit stands
