What's the Difference in a Standard Abolt and an Abolt 2? Mostly the shape of the bolt body itself. And the stock design. The A Bolt 1s kicked like a mule the redesign of the stock helped. Didn't know that. I have a 1992 A-Bolt 1 that was originally a 22" 30-06. It definitely kicked like a pissed off mule. It's now been bored and chambered to 35 Whelen and cut to 20" and wears a B&C stock and kicks like two pissed off mules. Honestly it kicks as bad as my Weatherby Vanguard 300 WBY.
