I believe they were $5.99 last year but maybe I'm wrong.
All these meat cuts are half fat and seem to have gotten worse the last 20yrs. It's annoying but I don't feel like buying half a cow from a local and have half of it, cuts that I don't want. It's a rib roast so it will have more fat that other cuts. That's where the taste is.
