Right. But what I’m asking is there some type of organization to this or is there just gonna be different groups of hunters with there own dogs running all over the place and us hunters without dogs just left out and hoping one runs by without knowing which direction the drive is taking place?

Sounds like it could get unsafe if there is no structure.
