Delt. with a torn labrum in my right shoulder. Not sure in your age, but a labrum tear can heal without surgery. I fought with mine for close to two years, but between a handful or cortisone injections, I physical therapy and being careful with that shoulder for a bit, mine eventually healed and I am back 100% with full strength, range and zero pain and did not have to get cut on for it. I’ll be 43 in January & work a somewhat physical job (machinist) 42 here and a welder by trade. I'd do what you can to take it easy and make your best attempt to let it heel without getting g cut on if you can. Mine was pretty bad for a while, had about given up hope it would get better, then I slowly rounded the corner. Had a meniscus tear in my knee cut out, and I wish I had tried other options on that now. Best of luck!
