A pointless exercise. DeSantis will espouse all the good things he has done for Fla and back it up with statistics while Newsome will preach all the feel good programs in Cali and play on emotions. Logical people will favor DeSantis and emotional people will favor Newsome and no one's point of view will be changed.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Newsome loves pointing out all of the freedoms taking away in other states while California was locked down more and longer than any other state. He is 100% going to run, hence the trips back and forth from DC and China. Lord help us all if this ass whipe gets elected

This is no more than a dog and pony show I’m still wondering why he floundered like he did. I hope he sticks around for the future. Newsome is the socialist platform going forward. He’s kinda like a white Obama but lacks the cool factor Obama had. Cool enough for the MSM and social justice warriors and I hope Newsome never gets his swagger.

Mainstream media started sabotaging him too, with hit pieces, 2 yrs before he announced. As soon as he started getting good reviews for his handling FL during Covid, and people started talking about him as a presidential candidate, the dem knives came out. I personally think that he waited way too long to respond to most of the attacks. You know the old saying, tell the lie long enough and people will start to believe it. Yep, he never came out guns blazing to defend himself for over a year and the press set the narrative during that period. As the guv said, disney jumped in, media covered nothing but Trump Trump Trump. once Desantis declared he was running, and in doing so they intentionally killed any momentum he might have built, that is absolutely critical in building a successful campaign.
