I hate it when I get asked to work overtime. I know this is your gripe bama7x57 but if you can't get all your crap done in a 40 hour week you need to be supervising a little better. My dad worked 6 days a week and went to church on Sunday my entire life and I always swore I would work as little overtime as possible.
