Pretty sure I have a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder. I have all the symptoms and when I do the home “test” to see if it hurts when I do this or that, it does. I’ve read it won’t get better without being repaired but I’m not real keen on going under the knife for a shoulder. I know many people that have had it done and it just doesn’t sound like something I’m ready to do.
