I have a mighty mule. They have mixed reviews, but mine works great. Compared to the others, it's a fairly priced. They are easy to set up and use. I have the opener, a keypad, and the magnetic sensor in the driveway.

My brother has Ghost running on solar; no issues but he did get a second solar panel and battery for cloudy days. Great customer service.
I have DKS running on 110 with a surge supressor; lightening storm killed my last controller with no surge protection. Never an issue, except for the one lightening strike.

Kinda depends on your usage. I will say, if you go the mighty mule (tractor supply) route, ground the hell out of it. They don’t put up with lightening storms too much

I’ve used mighty mule at several locations over the years with no issues
In fact I’m about to buy 4 more for the new place.
