I had a pretty good hunt down there this past week. Saw a few 2.5 and 3.5 year old bucks that were borderline on the antler criteria and one good buck that stayed out of bow range. Saw probably 8-10 does as well and shot one with my bow. Only two other deer were killed there last week, a spike and an 8 point that didn't meet the criteria. Overall it was a fun hunt. If you can find acorns or a black gum dropping you will be in business. I found a few Nutall and Shumard oaks dropping and a black gum dropping right next to them and the deer were using that area frequently. If you need any info on units 1 and 2 shoot me a PM.
