I use the ACE Hardware brand of parking lot marking paint in handicap blue.
It lasts a looong time, especially if you blaze the trees prior to painting.


our timber company uses blue for trees to cut, If there wasn't any purple on the trees, I'd just assume it was timber company markings.


Blazed and painted in a straight line?

not blazed, but I didn't even know that was a thing until yesterday. Still not exactly sure. I'm guessing scaping of some of the bark. But yes to the straight line. My hunting property is owned by 3-4 different timber companies. So the line is usually at the property line on the side getting cut. You'll see it in some other places as well but on the property lines its pretty straight.
