Jawbone I think you would have a pretty dang hard time proving that all land falls under that doctrine. There have also been cases adjudicated that do place limits on the governments usage of that law other than the new case in Tennessee.
Well tell me because the only land that doesn't fall under the Open Field Doctrine is land that is within the curtilage of a building.
Purple paint, No Trespassing signs or even signs saying Game Wardens keep out can't keep them from legally coming onto your property in performance of their duties.
