Any of you had any kids fish this trail? How did you like it? Contemplating entering my boy and partner in this trail along with the BASS and Wiregrass.

My son is fishing it this year. I hear good things about it and one of the guys that runs it is in my hunting club.

Well, I'm thinking about it. My son is in 10th grade. We do WSAT and BASS. Our team administrators say that any other trails will be solely on us as individuals to fish. My boy, his partner, and myself (lol) all need more practice and knowledge. I see that a lot of these boys that win and finish high in the WSAT and BASS tournaments are fishing about every weekend on some trail or another. I'm sure they have more financial means than I do to keep it going like that...but I'm trying.

As far as costs go, It's the closest for travel. And more time on the water is they key to improving.

Sure seems to be an expensive hobby for only a few. Are there tryouts or daddies boat daddies team?

This trail is actually one of the cheaper ones for me. All of the lakes are within an hour. I let me son pick his partner. Hes only in the 3rd grade so this is his first year but he fished regularly with me about every weekend. I let him tell me he wants to do it and we just go.
