Your ignorance is showing when you claim those laws need to be changed.
Nothing was directed at you in particular... but since you made this statement please explain how it is ignorant on anyone's part to think a law needs to be changed. I certainly don't think that it is "ignorant" to expect those who create such laws to apply common sense. Plainly... people know if they own a piece of property or not... If they are not the owners then the know if they have been granted permission to access said property. AND 100% of the time... they know dam well they are trespassing. Unfortunately the laws have been written in a manner that are proven ineffective and certainly outdated.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.
