If you've read the case law, you know trespassers have to be subjected to known hazards to win such lawsuits. The law is written in favor or the landowner who allows entry into his property as long as he takes reasonable care to eliminate known hazards. You 'enter at your own risk".

Most of the thousands of acres of undeveloped lands I'm referring to are owned by companies instead of individuals. So it's not as simple as you put it.
