I've mentioned their stuff before, it's some count, ifn ya see it give it a try. The actual butcher shop is in Hattiesburg, MS but I have seen their products in south la as well as central alabama.

The Butcher Shoppe in Pensacola carries it along with some of the best beef and pork cuts you will find if ya'll are ever down that way. Pretty sure I saw the Lil Butcher sausage at either the Pig or Pic-n-Sav in Evergreen the other day.

For anyone that stops at the store in Hattiesburg, you have to try the twice baked potatoes. They have them stuffed with shrimp, crab, crawfish, bacon, etc and they are so so good. If the store is open on our way to our camp in bama we are stopping. They have really good steaks too.
