Standing in line anywhere and the person at the front of the line is talking on their phone and the person trying to take their order (insert any restaurant here) can't help because their on the phone.
Also, nobody else wants to hear your conversation at ten billion decibels. Makes me want to snatch it out of their hands and shove it up.....well you know.
