For many years I was pretty obsessed with hunting artifacts and my hours in a hole or in the water are measured in the 1,000's.Have not had them displayed for many years but when we moved up here I ended up with a man grotto. Not big enough to call it a cave but a little place of my own. Got them up and thought I would share. That period was probably the funnest years of my life. Anyway, Warning picture intensive.

Really nice. I've always loved the FL stuff. Especially the coral and/or translucent stuff.

You would love to see my old digging buddies collection. I was never very lucky in finding them and especially not finding them ally really good ones, but my buddy was blessed. We dug side by side for years, I moved more dirt than him and he found many X’s the numbers of good points and even more truly special stuff. He had about a 3” G10 Coral Newnan that was as clear as glass. If you put it in a bowl of water it would disappear.

You’re right on that. There was some Paleo stuff on one of our r sites. But not much. It sure would have been awesome if those two bases in the center of the smokin broken frame had been whole. Only real old stuff I found whole was a Cowhouse Slough and a Beaver Lake I found together.

That's beautiful. I get excited when I find a random piece of flint.

What are the ones in the first close up pic that are long and skinny with a broad top? So cool
