Dry fire those losses would be 10% of all Russian military and paramilitary personnel. I think Ukraine is just as bad on propaganda, no way I believe that I agree with this and you have to take everything with a grain of salt. IMO, the truth is somewhere in the middle but what is indisputable is that Russia isn't making headway and certainly not what they were expected to do. No matter how you look at it that aspect is a loss for them. Completely agree with that. That personnel loss just jumped out at me
