Doesn’t matter when no rain for weeks with turkeys eating em lol
years ago that's what i fed my turkeys . i had 5gallon buckets with a 2"black pipe coming out the bottom that stopped 2" from the ground . worked great here , course no trukeys here now to really hunt what few i have have plenty to eat
