Update. Swung by and pulled SD card and non of the pics sent (that wouldn't show up) were on the SD card. So i tapped cam a few times and deleted and formatted the card. Reckon we'll see what happens tonight.
Been working for the last few hours, but now it's back to sending nothing again...
