I have been fortunate in the past few years to get some good deals on well kept ammunition from Estate Sales. Went to one in Shorter, Alabama 3 years ago. Deceased Man of the house had accumulated at LEAST $15,000 worth of mostly Shotgun and Rifle Ammunition. Many long-guns sold as well. In addition to ammunition.....I bought a Remington Model 600 in .243 and an H&K .22 Magnum Automatic. Both had quality Leupold Scopes.
One of my biggest fears is all my investments in guns and ammo will be sold for pennies on the dollar at an estate sale.
