Not if your seed hasn't come up . No difference in being in a bag or in dry dirt long as they haven't germinated .
That works well if you don't have turkeys or hogs to contend with.
Yea, I'm all for feeding the turkeys, but food plot seed is pretty pricey. I think I'll stick to scratch feed for them
