Made three pounds last night, froze them this AM. I mix deer sausage and wild hog sausage, sprinkle with old bay. The one thing everybody in the house likes. This will last about two weeks. https://imgur.com/a/gs8tAGX

Don’t know if you do this or not but I found if you add cream cheese it keeps them from being dry.

I cut back on the bisquick, too much makes it dry too.
I go two cups of shredded cheese per LB of sausage and 1.25 cups bisquick per LB.
I’ll have to try the cream cheese sometime.
