Had a work weekend down at camp this past weekend. After 8 hours of trimming roads and listening to that Bama game, I sure was in the mood for some vittles. The dish tonight was grilled lamb chops (thanks Donia!). Brought 4 chops up to room temp and seasoned with coarse salt, cracked pepper, and garlic. Seared on each side about 3 minutes over the coals. Served with garlic mashed potatoes gravy and seasoned green beans with a pat of butter.
