I was told the property was owned by a private landowner & that he had written permission to access the property from an adjoining land owner. Well Larry lied, it was actually weyerhauser property (no sub-leasing) & Larry was supposed be be maintaining the adjoining landowners road (he wasnt). The road was in horrible shape long before we used it the first time. Half way through the season the adjoining landowner stops my guest while leaving the property we sub leased , tells us not to step foot on his property again. At that point we had no access to the 650 acres we leased from Larry . I tell Larry, he gets sideways with us over the roads condition & offers no help finding another point of entry. Lost a pile of $ on that deal but Lesson learned . Karma will find its way around Larry Wilson
