I had major hernia mesh surgery back in March this year, stated having problems with keeping food down lately, lots of pain. Called docs to make appointment to check it out two months ago...sorry sobs scheduled me for Jan 2024...WTH?...and then cancelled it and told me to try to reschedule. What, maybe in 2026 or so???? sonatabitch headed to socialized medicine assholes...
I understand your frustration; having some problems with family members getting appointments. Some specialties are HARD to get an appointment; my brother is having same issue with gastroenterologist and my SIL with pulmonologists. But; what are they to do if they don't have the capacity??
