Chicken fried steak. Mashed taters..okra...salad and some kinda rolls she gets that are best I've ever had.

What I'm doing today, yesterday my brother in law had a big cookout with smoked baby back ribs n poppers, potato salad, cornbread salad, cowboy beans and spinach dip

not a damn thing, dr has me on a 500 calorie/day diet...I'm dying... U ain’t dying u just like us over 50 gotta temper it down some. Trump will be our next president so enjoy the high cost of living. We will have the last laugh. All those that say no way we’ll just keep watching
