If you were in the market for a new 6 seat full size SxS what would be your choice ? Polaris, Honda, Kawasaki etc. ? I'm omitting Kubota because I've driven one and felt it was noisy, slow and underpowered. Intended use is just regular property maintenance, no crazy off road stuff.

probably whoever is offering the best financing, because it's going to cost the equivalent of a gently used, moderate-mileage SUV

For cruising around and working on your property ? Easy: Kawasaki Mule or Mule Pro….pick your fave from the lineup.

I’ve always been a Polaris Ranger fan, but I’ve been using a friend’s Can Am and it is NICE.

We’ve had 4 Rangers, so I’d look there. However, I like the Can-Am’s I’ve been in and wouldn’t dismiss a used Jeep. I’m in the process of rigging a sprayer on a hitch haul for our Wrangler.

Whichever one I found the best deal on used from Facebook marketplace.

No reason to buy a new one. Factory warranties are too short to make a difference in my opinion.

For a 6 seater i think there are probably only 3 legitimate options. The Mule Pro, Polaris and Canam. I think all 3 can be solid just really depends what the prices you can find and what you want out of it.

Just bought a Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT, easily handles 6 adults. It also converts to a 3 seater for more bed space. Sold a Ranger, won’t go back too many electrical problems.

Don't ignore the JD Gator XUV. Ours has been great. 4 years in, over 400 hours on it to date.

We don't have the 6 seater, just the 3 seater, but there ain't much difference.

I have been shopping as well. If you are buying new. The BassPro Tracker 800 SX seems to be well built and is very quite. It has a 3 cylinder engine which is why it is so quiet. I test drove one at the dealership in Sylacauga. I asked the salesman to drop me off and drive around the lot so I could hear how quite is was. Could not hear it until it got very close. Only thing is I worry about the long term service on them. Not sure about basspro service dept. or when they will decide to discontinue and build something else. The safest bet is to probably buy one of the brands that has been around forever. I am leaning toward Honda Pioneer 700. But would really like to have the Tracker which is much quieter.
