![[Linked Image]](https://i.postimg.cc/cJgZHCr6/IMG-2125.jpg) Is this deer suffering? Just wondering if he is or if that will spread to other deer I’ve seen it before just not as bad.

I’d kill him just to put him out of his misery.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

That’s a pretty bad case. Typically not a problem, but that’s likely to lead to lesions and secondary infection.

Is this condition in deer contagious? If you have one deer with warts like that, are other deer likely to get them as well? Seems it is more prominent in some places than others

Seems it is more prominent in some places than others In areas that I've seen deer with fibromas like this, I've only ever seen one in the whole herd. I killed one before. Didn't eat it.

I’d shoot him first chance I got. In season or out. Some things are legal and some things are right. Let that mess get scraped up and infected and he’ll die a slow miserable death. No way I’d personally eat the meat.

I killed one doe like that years ago. Picked her out and felt like it was a mercy kill. No power on earth could have convinced me to skin it or eat it.
