The one Cherokee has always been clean and like what i choose to make just wished had a healthier bread choice. The salads are good. I add oil and vinegar and chipotle sauce to everything and it’s great. I get all the verified they can cram in there. Only complaint is low mount of lettuce. Heck it seems everywhere I order a salad they lack lettuce. Always have to order extra lettuce. 😂

Well you kind of make your own sandwich at subway so when you say they suck.....

You cant make chicken salad with chicken chit.

Been at least 10 years since I've been in a Subway.

I've been shocked the last two times I stopped at the subway in Eclectic. Sky high. 80% bread then whatever you want on it for $16. I only stop after church. Done with them. Heck anywhere you go to fast food has gotten higher and higher quickly. They will price themselves out of the market.

I get my diesel fuel at the truckstop in Rising Fawn, GA when i work on property in north alabama, they have a subway in there, couple of weeks ago I was up and walked over to it after a long day on the tractor and was greeted by two skinny white kids who had not seen a shower in weeks, you could smell them 10' away, decided I didn't need any food they were involved with. Maybe there are good ones in other places but would not recommend that one.

I have a Subway about a 1/4 mile from my house that's owned by a very unpleasant Middle Eastern man. Our community has a little Facebook page called "What's Happening in (insert name of little town)". Some young girl got on that page a couple years back and told the story of how she had gotten fired by this guy because she refused to change the date on meats that had been open at room temperature days past it's expiration date which went against the companies outlined lot control procedures. She then also outlined several other unsanitary practices including him making these young kids get up on the counters with their shoes on to clean light fixtures right over the food containers. This is the surface that they make the sandwiches on. So these kids are walking in the bathroom and stepping all over piss and whatever else and then jumping up on the sandwich making stations to dust light fixtures. Had never ate at that Subway but that was enough info for me to never darken their doors. You know the funny thing about that is every now and again someone will post a thread on that Facebook page saying that they got sick after eating at the Subway and someone will invariably bring that young girls post up and all hell breaks loose. People rush in to defend it and every single time the thread gets deleted.

I can name 10 sandwich shops off the top of my head that are better than Subway and aren't any more expensive or not enough to matter.

ain't been in a firehouse in a while but from what I remember it was twice the price of subway or half as much food. subways great if you want a foot long sandwich for $7.oo with a glass of water a full grown man can call this lunch.
