I had several episodes of tendonitis. Heal, knee, both elbows. Ended up with a complete rupture of bicep tendon at left elbow. They decided it was caused by extended doses of Cephalexin they were prescribing me for prostate infection. No clue why they would give keflex for prostate…cipro would’ve been a better Your right. I had a brain fart. It was Cipro. I was on my third round before they put it together. Actually I noticed the black box warning and called the doctor about it.
