we got sh!t holes just like it here . tons of money gets thrown at it ,,,, it gets worse. you allow people to be animals they gonna be animals .
IMO its a leadership problem not a people problem. theyre not gonna fix the problem if they do the money stream stops
That money circles back to the politicians sending it. The Clinton Foundation is the blueprint It’s cost a lot of money to administer that money. Many of the donors get their monies back thru their foundations. Remember back years ago when journalist existed and they showed that many of the charities used 80-90% of their funds on administrative cost.
