Been to Haiti numerous times when on Active Duty. It hard to even describe how nasty that place is. And yes, corrupt as $hit!

They can pack a boat like sardines in some of the nastiest conditions ever...
Oh I've seen some crazy $hit offloading those boats. Including dead bodies. They would piss and $hit in their boats. When we were on there putting them in our MSB, we had to stand in that crap. Haitian cologne we called it. Threw our boots in the drink when we got back to the ship.
