My son who owns a ServPro franchise suggested RMR 86. I ordered some and if it gets here tomorrow like it’s supposed to I’ll be able to give you a first hand review.
RMR86 is Sodium Hypochlorite with a surfactant.

i was wondering why no one had recommended bleach. Seems like it would work.
Anything bleach based will eat the threads up. It will work, but down the road, the stitching will start popping loose. If you are selling it, it'll look good. If you are keeping it, you'll be replacing a seat down the road.
