Trends would say youâre correct. Since Saban has been at Bama thereâs never been more than 2 seasons between championships. Obviously the last 2 seasons werenât Bama so weâre due this year.
Auburn is a complete toss up. Freeze is a decent coach but if Auburnâs boosters arenât behind him this will be Harsin 2.0. Never seen a schoolâs boosters ruin everything down to the locker room environment if they donât get what they want. Cut off their nose to spite their face

Unless he bombs or does something else stupid he'll be OK and I think they will be better than prognosticators predict.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I think Bama is hungry but we got some hills to climb to be back in the Natty. Getting there will be a big accomplishment. Winning it, well..... I just want to get back to the SECCG and win that! Also, I got Auburn going 7-5. They could slip up and beat somebody they ain't supposed to and go 8-4. I think anything in the 7 win range will be fine. Heck, even Saban's 1st team eeeeked out a 7-6 season.

Auburn is a 6-6 or 7-5 team with Freeze. Just not a lot of SEC quality players on the roster.

Cut off their nose to spite their face The boosters havenât been this aligned since Patrick Dye. Of course, he needs to build momentum. Iâm thinking 7/8 wins with some very competitive games in losses. Bama goes 10-2. I think Texas and someone else beats them. This âbama is hungryâ has been the battle cry for the last two years. They just donât have dudes they did since Kirby has been at UGA.

gA and bama need qb to emerge - but they hav the most talent - Lsu has an experienced dude back at qb - but i would give nod to uga then bama
Haters gone hate - AU has not been this aligned since dye - any where from 6 to 10 wins - likely b 7 win - Au needs qb to emerge also Freeze will do well - may take few years - he can recruit - one of our most accomplished hires ever in football - won lot more at ole miss than tubby did - way more

This season is important for Bama. If we get 10 wins smoothly the dynasty continues but if we struggle like last season we may be starting to dwindle. I will agree we havenât had intimidation on the defensive side of the ball since Preuitt. I donât think Kevin Steele is a good hire.

People used to be afraid to be hit by Bama. Way too much arm tackling going on nowadays at Bama. Hence no intimidation factor.

I was watching the replay of last year's Sugar Bowl against K-state. We were horrible on defense at the begining. When was it acceptable to throw your body at a RB or WR to knock them down instead of wrapping them up?? We seem to have been doing that for a good while. We need some more folks on the defense that hit like Ruben Foster. Say what you want but nobody wanted that guy to tee up on them. He was gonna "brang tha pain!!" whenever he hit you.

Bama will not be in the Natty. Write it down.

Auburn may or may not get to .500 this year. tough to overcome the dumpster fire we were left with in just a few months. I am good with giving The Right Reverend Freeze a couple year rebuild. UA is no better off in the QB department than AU at present, so.... SECCG- UGA-LSU

It is So good to see Alabama as the Underdog in most everyoneâs eyes. That relieves the team of the Biggest target on their backs. Georgia can have that target and will be interesting to see how well UGA can handle it and if UGA can handle being that BIG target for close to 15 years like Bama has.

Being a diehard Wolverine, I predict Michigan will go 12-0 and finally win a playoff game. I donât think they can beat the Bulldogs but 13-1 and #2 ainât bad. I predict Bama will go 10-2 due to mediocre QB play.

The liberal use of the targeting penalty has stopped a lot "throw your body at a RB/WR". That goes for everyone, not just Alabama. I know schedules are made years in advance but damn if GA didn't fall into a bucket of tiddies with this years schedule and the try for a 3 -peat.

WVU will win 6 games and go to the turd bowl! That's about as bold as gets. Troy U. can have Neal Brown back.
