Just going by those that I can remember how good or bad they were, Carter was bad, really bad, but Biden is much worse. History gives and will continue to give Carter a pass on a lot because he is truly a good guy that wanted to do good things but wasn't able for whatever reason. Biden is not a good person. He's scum of the earth and history will remember him as such.
Nixon wasn't a bad president until he screwed the pooch. Ford was just there, neither good or bad. The Bushes will be remembered more negatively because of the Middle East. Obama had some bad policies, but wasn't the worst president. Same with Clinton although when it is all said and done he'll be remembered negatively more for Lewinsky than anything. Reagan is the best in my lifetime. We'll still have to see how history remembers Trump. It's not far enough out for that yet.
