I hurt my lower back about 3 weeks ago and the first 2-3 days I couldn’t get in and out of the bed or get dressed without help,it’s better now but that first week was awful,I don’t wish back pain or back injury on anyone

Hurt my back three weeks ago... now awake all night with this brutal sciatic leg pain.
Chiropractor is helping, but it will take time to heal. I'm up awake too. COVID got me Hush yo mouth. There ain’t no such thang as Covid.
