Who makes an all foam decoy? Preferably out of high density foam.
This is a unique need as they will not be used for hunting. We are setting up an Archery range mainly for traditional bows and would like to have some duck targets. There’s not much available commercially.

The Higdon Battleship is a foam filled traditional decoy. Don't know how long it would last as a target.

Higdon makes foam decoys. Peppering them with #3 steel shot is one thing, multiple shots with a bow is another.

I’d look for some cheap filler decoys and use some expanding foam.
