There’s a bunch of folks from S Fl moving to SE Alabama right now. My sister has sold 2 houses in the last week to folks from Jupiter. I’ve been keeping an eye on one for my buddy who’s still down there packing up. He sold his house down there in like 2 hours and bought a nice 3/4 house here on lake Eufaula for about half what his fl home sold for.
