From what I understand the still high prices and the bidding wars are due to basic supply and demand. There aren’t enough houses on the market. Would be sellers feel that because of the economy and interest rates it’s not a good time to be listing, but there is always going to be some kind of demand for housing. You need to be selling yours, now
