2 houses I’ve been out bid on. First one went for $30,000 over asking but it was a very desirable home with some unique features. This last one I bid 15,000 over asking and still got outbid. What district, if you don't mind me asking?

I'm an inspector and starting in February we got incredibly busy again. After an 8 month slow down, we are turning away 10-12 jobs a week or more. This market is just like the market in 20-21. Bidding wars and over asking, even for garbage.


Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.
