I find it hard to believe that sales of bud light are only off 20%. I stopped at a large convenience store that sells a ton of beer on my way home today. They were checking in the beer delivery and I noticed there was only one case (2 12 packs) on the stack which consisted of well over 50 cases.
And giving a free case of beer to each employee of the distributor is a very weak gesture that probably doesn't even add up to what they are still paying the dumb ass bitch that came up with this campaign.

Lots of places didn't stop their orders in time to make a difference and now they are giving away product so that they can say "distribution" is only down X %. Until this hit some big board members in the wallet they will keep playing games.
