I have no problem with it. If I go buy 500-1000 acres and spend thousands of dollars to do things the way I want (the right way) and have some blow hard who sits on my property line (he has the right to do) and shoots the 2 year old deer I am letting walk, I'm going to be PISSED!!! Insert fence here and that stops and I am no longer wasting my HARD EARNED money. If you want the "states" deer then have the state come in and get them and I'll buy more and breed my own herd...
The problem comes in when people take advantage of folks with money. Sitting on their property lines and killing sub-adult bucks that someone has spent a lot of time and money on growing (again, their right). The fence just controls their finances plain and simple. I would do it too if I could afford it.
